Kommentar:
I work at the intersection of algorithmic graph theory and hardware-level distributed computing, analyzing how information, delays, and faults propagate through large-scale graph-like systems, from complex networks and integrated circuits to the nanometre-scale interconnects of spiking-neuron chips. Using the same dynamical tools, I also investigate synthetic gene networks, quantifying how stochastic noise in gene expression spreads through regulatory circuits to engineer more reliable biological systems.
