Retake Exam Administered by the Commission
An examination before an examination board is taken before an examination board, which consists of at least three members. This is mandatory for the third retake of an exam, but may be requested for the second retake at the student’s request.
Date, Examiner & Examination Method
As a rule, retake examinations before a committee take place in the same format (written, oral) and, in the case of written examinations, also concurrently with the regular examination dates. The available dates are therefore determined by the announced regular examination dates.
If you have preferences regarding the examiner or the date, or if you are entitled to an alternative examination method under the University Act (UG), a preliminary consultation is required. Please contact the programme director before registering to schedule an appointment.
For courses with continuous assessment, there is no retake exam administered by a committee; the third retake takes place in the same manner as the other attempts (by completing the entire course).
Registration
Registration is not done through the registration system, but at the Study Service Center.
