Tools

Vismon

Vismon is a visual tool for fisheries data analysis. The input is a simulation with two input parameters (the management options) and several output indicators.

VisRseq

VisRseq, is a framework for analysis of sequencing datasets that provides a computationally rich and accessible framework for integrative and interactive analyses without requiring programming expertise.

TagRefinery

TagRefinery supports you in your task of cleaning and processing open tag spaces. A guided and step-by-step interface allows you to perform efficiently tasks such as spell-correction, multi-word tag detection, and word form consolidation, in a visually supported framework.

ChAsE

ChAsE (Chromatin Analysis and Exploration) is a cross platform desktop application that provides an interactive graphical interface for analysis of epigenomic data.

Tuner

Tuner is a tool which helps to solve the difficult problem of parameter-finding in image segmentation. First, based on a sparse sampling of the paramter space, a statistical model is used to represent the response of the segmentation algorithm. Second, the tool guides the user through the paramter space in order to determine areas where the response value is high.

GeneCalc

GeneCalc is a visual analysis framework for interactive genome-wide exploration and analysis of sequencing data.

KeyVis

KeyVis allows you to search, browse, and explore all IEEE VIS full papers published between 1990 and 2015, through keywords that authors listed for these papers.
